Welcome to the ADR Risk Estimator

This is a personalized adverse drug reaction risk estimation application.
It is based on a neural networks prediction model built in Python programming language.
It uses FAERS, SIDER and MedDRA as sources of information.
It should be used by healthcare professionals for aid in patient safety monitoring and therapy adjustment.
It should not be used to replace clinical judgement of the healthcare professional.

Application features

1. Estimates an overall hospitalization risk and mortality risk for a specific patient with a given drug therapy.

2. Predicts the most important adverse drug reaction groups (System Organ Classes) in terms of severity, estimating the total risk for each of the groups.

3. Predicts the most important individual adverse drug reactions in terms of severity, estimating the total risk for each of them.

All these combined features can be regarded as a personalized adverse drug reaction profile.
